Yesterday, the reporter learned from the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission that the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" for the Development of Fujian's Textile Industry had been issued. By the end of the "Twelfth Five Year Plan", there were more than 8 enterprises (groups) with an output value of more than 10 billion yuan and more than 30 enterprises (groups) with an output value of more than 5 billion yuan in the textile industry of the province, and a number of specialized "little giant" enterprises with an annual output value of more than 1 billion yuan had been developed and expanded.

Focus on building textile industry base

According to the plan, during the "12th Five Year Plan" period, Fujian textile industry will focus on the development of new textile fiber material industry, high-performance industrial textiles, new textile equipment manufacturing industry, as well as the deep processing of fabrics and clothing products. By the end of the "12th Five Year Plan", the total industrial output value, industrial added value and export delivery value of textile enterprises above the designated size will reach 500 billion yuan, respectively 170 billion yuan, 100 billion yuan.

The reporter learned that building an advanced textile manufacturing base and innovative and upgrading professional parks is one of the key tasks during the "12th Five Year Plan" period, and Fujian will build a world-class textile and clothing industry base.

It is reported that Fujian Province will build 100 billion yuan industrial bases in Jinjiang, Shishi, Changle and other major textile and clothing production areas, and strengthen the construction of textile and clothing R&D and design, information transmission, production and manufacturing, logistics distribution, product distribution and other functions.

At the same time, we should accelerate close cooperation and coordinated development with textile developed regions such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, and cotton resource regions such as Xinjiang, actively develop textile technology exchanges with Taiwan across the Taiwan Strait, absorb advanced processing technologies and high-end textile talents in the textile industry, and improve the overall strength and agglomeration and radiation capacity of the textile and clothing industry, Develop Fujian into a world-class textile and clothing industry base.

According to the plan, Fujian Province will build 100 billion yuan industrial bases in Jinjiang, Shishi, Changle and other major textile and clothing production areas, and strengthen the functional construction of textile and clothing R&D and design, information transmission, production and manufacturing, logistics distribution, product distribution, talent training and other functions; Accelerate the close cooperation and coordinated development with the textile developed areas, strive to increase the construction in the coastal textile developed areas and inland places such as Nanping, Sanming, Longyan, and form more than five industrial textile production bases with regional development characteristics.

Create 100 "Fujian Famous Brands"

In accordance with the principles of specialization, regionalization and maximization of comparative benefits, integrate investment attraction and land resources, and promote the construction of Yong'an emerging textile industry base, Youxi Geji cloth base, Changting characteristic textile and clothing base, Shaowu household textile base, and Nanping industrial cloth base. At the same time, we will develop and build regional large-scale textile and clothing professional parks in Jinjiang, Shishi, Changle and other major textile and clothing production areas.

During the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, our province will also focus on promoting the textile technology innovation project, and accelerate the establishment of a market-oriented, enterprise oriented, scientific research institutes and universities as the support, closely combining production, learning, research and use of Fujian textile industry technology innovation mechanism. Guide enterprises to increase R&D investment, and the proportion of internal R&D expenditure of some advantageous textile enterprises in the main business income increased to more than 3%.

According to the plan, by the end of the "Twelfth Five Year Plan", the province will increase 1-2 national enterprise technology centers and 10 provincial enterprise technology centers. The annual average growth of labor productivity of enterprises above designated size is about 10%, and the per capita gross industrial output value is 535600 yuan, an increase of 42.26% over 2010. The technological innovation R&D expenditure of enterprises accounts for more than 1.5% of the main business income.
