Shoe Line: How Can Puppet Owners Turn Their Own Products To Save Their Own Orders?

2011/12/20 9:55:00 17

Inside a factory building in the Jimo Development Zone of Qingdao, 5 workers are sitting around the machine. Wang Sisheng, the 40 year old man with a fatter figure, is the owner of the factory. Look at the 4 remaining workers and the long idle production line. Many people may not imagine that the factory had more than 100 workers 3 years ago. Mr. Wang said his 2011 was always beset by four words: capital, recruitment, cost And market. Since the beginning of this year, tightening policies have continued, and small and micro enterprises have become the brunt of the tightening impact. Upstream funds and downstream sales are affected, and small businesses without loans are shouting "money shortage". In the whole Qingdao area, small boss like Wang Sisheng is not very few. Most of the small and micro shoe enterprises are trapped in the internal and external difficulties.

On the way to finding money all day.

"I have worked in this small factory for 5 years." Wang Sisheng said, the factory specializes in making all kinds of products. Slipper At the beginning of the construction, he borrowed 1 million yuan from his relatives and friends to buy equipment, because at that time few people in Qingdao were involved in slippers. "At the beginning of the business, it is impossible to change the shoes produced quickly to money, which requires a certain amount of capital support." Wang Sisheng said that in order to make money, he had looked all over the bank loans, but the bank staff did not lend to the enterprises. Why? Wang Sisheng knows, like him. enterprise Probably not, but banks are unwilling to take the risk.

Wang Sisheng finally had the cheek to find two classmates who had done well in business, and borrowed "help money". In order to save money, Wang Sisheng moved out of the original 150 thousand rent workshop to a more remote factory last year, and the rent reduced to 70 thousand yuan a year.

Audi did not change into debt.

The reporter noticed that a large van stopped at the factory, which may be damaged by frequent spanportation. Speaking of cars, Wang Sisheng said with a wry smile that if he wanted to change Audi's A6 earlier this year, according to the development momentum of the factory in the first three years, it would be difficult to do business this year because it could only be replaced by a home-made off-road vehicle.

While chatting with reporters, Wang Sisheng answered two calls: one was a manager of a shopping mall, the other was a classmate from his hometown. The phone of the shopping mall is to pull up a lot of sale money, the old student's telephone is to urge the debt, one side is other people owe their own money, one side is owed to others, both sides let Wang Sisheng feel headache. Wang Sisheng said that when he bought and sold well before, he asked his friends to come out for tea and drink. But since the beginning of this year, we can not afford to think about the future of the factory.

Foreign orders disappear overnight.

"In August this year, I was the hardest hit." Wang Sisheng said that in addition to selling some supermarkets in Qingdao, a large number of its products were exported to foreign countries, but under the influence of the global economic crisis, his small factories seemed to have lost overseas orders overnight. In July this year, Wang Sisheng, a foreign customer from Korea and Japan, came to Jimo and agreed with his newly developed slippers sample. But by the beginning of August, the situation was abrupt. Several foreign customers called one after another, saying that there was no need for the goods because of sales problems.

The factory will be closed whenever it loses overseas orders. When Wang Sisheng was worried about this, the dealers of several big supermarkets in Qingdao returned to their products that had not been sold out, which made Wang Sisheng experience a more bitter taste. "Nevertheless, we must insist on buying and selling, and keep in touch with our regular customers at any time and ask them if they want goods." Wang Sisheng said that even if we do not make money, we must keep the market in order to keep the business.

There are only 4 left over 100 workers.

Just as Wang Sisheng tried every possible way to turn around the trouble, many workers in the factory did not have patience. The factory of hundreds of workers originally reduced to more than 30 people. After the Spring Festival this year, there were only more than 10 people. By August this year, there were still only 4 workers left. "In order to recruit workers, my average salary is about 2000 yuan, even if it is difficult to recruit people." Wang Sisheng said that with workers' wages rising, there are raw materials, electricity and so on. In such a rising tide, their small factories are generally like "roller coaster". From the end of 2009, Wang Sisheng felt a drop in profits. Because of the increase in cost, a pair of slippers could earn 5 cents, and now even 3 cents could not make money. This year, the situation is more serious. In order to keep the market, Wang Sisheng can not easily raise prices, which makes him almost unable to earn money.

Wang Sisheng took account of electricity charges as an example. His workshop was less than 1000 square meters, and 5 machines used to pay twenty thousand or thirty thousand yuan a month for electricity charges. With the increase of electricity charges last year, the monthly electricity bill reached about 100000 yuan. In order to save money, Wang Sisheng had to work in three shifts. The whole plant only opened a machine and kept turning around in the daytime.

Turn to produce "save yourself" and look forward to spring.

"This year hesitated for a long time, and finally decided to spanform." Wang Sisheng said that although small businesses are vulnerable to various influences, they are "good at turning small boats". A month ago, he was considering spanformation. He saw from the Internet that many shipping companies were eager to find accessories manufacturers, and because there were so few enterprises, there was a great chance of making money. "My machine can do these cushions." Wang Sisheng brought the sample to the reporter: there was no smell of the passenger seat, and the handrail of the baby seat, which was produced by the machine which used to produce slippers.

When it comes to the coming 2012, Wang Sisheng said that he has learned the policies of the national development and Reform Commission. He will be exempt from 22 administrative charges in the next 3 years to reduce the burden of small and micro enterprises. He thinks this is a signal. The spring of small and micro enterprises will come soon, and the desire to open Audi will be realized sooner or later.

Dialogue, hoping to regain the confidence of the boss.

Reporter: are you satisfied with your life this year?

Wang Sisheng: to tell you, one day is not very satisfactory. Every day he came up on the blade.

Interviewer: what would it be like to summarize 2011 in one word?

Wang Sisheng: break through.

Reporter: do you have anything to say about 2011?

Wang Sisheng: too many. If the country had introduced policies to small businesses early, it would be better if market prices were stable. Wait and see.

Reporter: what kind of wishes do you have next year?

Wang Sisheng: next year, we will spanform the enterprise in an all-round way, abandon the production of slippers, make use of the original machinery and equipment, produce ship cushion and fishery products, and look forward to finding the confidence of the boss again next year.
